- To receive a full refund, the product must be in its original undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Damaged packaging is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee if canceled after the order is placed, except for in-store credit.

Classes and Training
- We understand that schedules and circumstances can change, requiring you to cancel or reschedule an upcoming class. You can cancel a forthcoming class within 72 hours or reschedule it within 24 hours. You will forfeit your class tuition if you fail to meet either of these deadlines.
